BACTEC™ Standard Anaerobic/F culture vials (prereduced enriched Soybean-Casein Digest broth with CO2) are for anaerobic blood cultures. Principal use is with the BACTEC fluorescent series instruments for the qualitative culture and recovery of anaerobic microorganisms from blood.
