Log in to your Livingstone International account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, spare buttons, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, making sure to remove or cover any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
