Each IV Pressure pad comprises of a round adhesive with a haemostatic pad. The 3mm thick round pad is highly absorbent and creates a compression effect, this results in stopping bleeding quickly. Dressing is 36mm in diameter with pads 16mm. After bleeding has stopped, remove pressure pad slowly and carefully. Sterile.
